Choice 1: Personal delivery - This service is free of charge; but limited to certain area within Klang Valley which subject to confirmation.
1) Drop knitknackz an e-mail at knitknackz@gmail.com with your following details:
a) name;
b) contact number;
c) address;
d) selected creation code; and
e) preferred delivery method.
2) Upon receiving your e-mail, a Booking Reference is to revert to you on the delivery date & time. However, should your address is not covered under this choice; knitknackz will revert to you on the alternative delivery location, date & time instead. Otherwise, you may need to opt for Choice 2.
3) Should you agree with the details state in the Booking Reference, you’re required to reply knitknackz on your agreement and a Confirmation Slip will be e-mail to you.
4) Only cash is accepted for personal delivery service.
Choice 2: PosLaju - The delivery charges will be added to your chosen creation’s price and you will be prompted on the total amount while booking your order. You may estimate the delivery charges with reference to this link http://www.pos.com.my/V1/main2.asp?c=/v1/tariff/poslaju/emsrate.asp.
